How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition and unused. Just contact our customer support and we’ll assist you right away.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update the address for you. If it has already been shipped, we’ll try our best to coordinate with the courier.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we ship only within Egypt. We’ll be expanding to other Arab countries soon—stay tuned for updates.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Yes, all items are shipped together in one package if they’re available in the same warehouse. In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments—we’ll inform you in advance.
